HBO and Cinemax on D*

I have been a Direct TV customer for many years. I even remember the USSB days. Way back when, after USSB was absorbed into D*, the Cinemax extra channels like Action Max, Thriller Max, etc. disappeared. D* has only had 3 Cinemax channels for years. Why? It is always annoyed me. And as for their HBO selections, they have never offered HBO Comedy or HBO Zone. Cable always has them. Any theories as to why D* refuses to get them? Or is it Time/Warner protecting their cable empire? Just a pet peeve of mine that I would appreciate the groups thoughts on. Thanks.

I always foud it funny that Cinemax was 3 channels, HB0 7, then you have Starz with 8732647236 channels (figures are an exaggeration of course)

I have wondered about this for years myself. They should carry them all in my opinion I would pay an extera buck or to to have them.
