Yes they are available but the quality is terrible.
Most programs start a little late so setting up timers is a real pain.
I've had both the Distants and then the locals when they became available and I very seldom even watch the locals.
I will truly miss the Distants when they are cut off and forced to pay for what most people can get OTA.
