Having a problem with a blog site

A good friend is having aproblem with a blog put up to embarrass her. You get the idea. Fake suggestive photo, double entendre language and a link tho her real business related web site.

It is through a major blog hosting comapny. I gave her the who is info on registration. She says no answer to the phone calls and so far none to the snail or e-mail. Any thoughts on how to get them to take it down? I would post the web site but my guess is they have no idea it is fraudulent.

Have her send another email and label the subject as "DMCA COMPLAINT AGAINST BLOGNAME.COM"

That will get their attention.
