Having trouble with TBS6983 DVB card

One of the tuners in my TBS6983 does not seem to be working anymore.

Has anyone else ever had that happen with a TBS card?

The weather has been stormy and maybe static electricity zapped it?

What to do?

Never mind, its working now.

I almost ordered a TBS6903 as a replacement -- good thing I procrastinated!
