Having Problems trying

Every time I call they only say that I can purchase it for 700.00.

Any of you know how to obtain one?

Hence why I asked without paying full retail...

I remember reading on this forum that some obtained one for 250ish..

$250 is the up-front lease cost. The 942 lease is 'officially' only for new subscribers, but you might try emailing ceo@dishnetwork.com and requesting one. You will only be able to buy it for around retail cost anywhere else.
