Having DishPro Adapter Problems?

Are you having problems with your DishPro adapter?

Some DP Adapters may exhibit either a incorrect switch matrix or only
provide 119 odd transponders from a receiver check switch screen during
installation. Dish Engineering has identified lot codes 417,418,419 and 420 to be affected.

I hope that they do not charge retailers and/or consumers for shipping and handeling for their error in bad production runs of their product.
