Depends on what you mean by tuning it? I have hit the ARC easy many times, but still had to fine tune it. Going by the numbers gotten from "Sat Locator Sites", I have hit the mark, but still had to fine tune the dish. My T90 center location all 3 different angles I've used I hit the center lnbf on first try, but still had to fine tune the dish for the rest of the lnbf's.
And then again, there are times when nothing but patience, which I lack extremely, had to be used and it's taken from hours to days. But, I have always got it sooner or later. Which only proves I'm not as good at this as I would/should like to be?
