Have Multisport can't access RedZone App

Just curious if this application was up and running yet on the Hopper. When ever I try to access the application I receive the dialog saying that RedZone is a part of the multisport package to call and 333-Dish to upgrade. I tried to use the application on Sunday too with the same results.

I am getting the same message even though I subscribe to the Redzone and can go directly to the channel. Sounds like a flaw with the App.

Just tune to channel 155 folks, you don't need the app....
