Has anyone ever used or heard anything about Wide Open West?

Does anyone have any experiences good or bad with Wide Open West?

I've used them. Generally good connection for internet as far as dropping and ping, but not the fastest. TV side is ok, but nothing to brag about.

Very pricey all the way around for what you get. I had one DVR, and wanted a 2nd, and they wanted 35.00 per month for 2nd one.
