Has anybody contacted the OrbyTV arbitrator?

Has anybody contacted the OrbyTV arbitrator as just a goof of sorts in an attempt to find out what's going on? Since orby is so tight lipped...

I have a situation which precludes me from calling but could envision something like:

AAA - hello?

Me - I have an orbytv complaint and demand satisfaction.

AAA - what would that be?

Me - they haven't taken my payment.

AAA - this is of the upmost importance, let us find out
