Still have the card up says "Sorry for the interruption of service ......... We are aware that this station is temporarily unavailable.... on all Hartford locals. As of 15:55 ...I am on 110/119 fyi...

Its something with your setup or signal. That message pops up automatically on locals when its getting no signal on those channels. (The message is an image stored in the box)

I am on 110 / 119 and 61.5 and its working.

Where in CT are you? And where is your dish located?

Came back at 16:10 approx... Was out on both receivers so was either satellite or my antenna.... Tried calling dish, wait was very very long......maybe others calling?

Also, that isn't the message I get when I am out of the range of the locals, I get the "you are not authorized" note.......Don't ask how I know.
