yep...
They have had "issues" with the orig cradle and have sent me 2 new ones (different height for the buttons....NO charge and customer service was great! I do not have kids and it happened to me...rumor is a nother cradle is in the works. They also have OTHER software that is stand alone and does not use Explorer (TG)..you call tech support and tell them of the explorer issue (I WILL NOT USE IT!) and they will provide a link to the newer stand alone software that comes with the 990! GREAT!

It's easy to tell when to clean; the 880 normally "beeps" when you set it in its dock. No beep means it's time to clean.
