I can't get the 811 to respond at all using the Harmony 680. There has to be something I'm missing. 680 works great on all my other devices. Do I have to do anything in the 811 menu? I followed the steps from Logitech, but no luck.
thanks in advance.

Is your 811 set to a remote id other than 1?

Yes. It's set to 10. If it needs to be set to 1, than that's what I'm missing.
Did I miss something on the Logitech website?

My wife's remote is a 659. I know when programming it thru the Harmony web site I needed to select the device that matched the receiver and the remote id. If I remember correctly the listing would read something like Echostar 811-3 for an 811 receiver set to remote id 3 and so on. If you don't have any other Dish receivers in your home try setting the receiver id to 1 otherwise try going back to the Harmony site and looking for the device profiles I mentioned. For really good ideas and solutions I highly recommend the Remote Central.com Harmony forum.

I set the 811 to "1" and it works. Thanks. Now that everything is working, I can start customizing. My wife certainly likes it :)
