hard drive bad ?

I recently rehooked my old 921 HD with the idea of using it to record OTA programs so I wouldn't fill up my hard drives on my 622s. Since I could not make it work with the OTA, I had dish reauthorize it, then after a lot of reboots, I finely got the OTAs, however the DVr freezes up in replay. I did a check the hard drive function and the hard drive checks until it reaches the number 116, at that time it just stays there and I have to abort the test. Could anybody tell me if there is anything I can do? Is the hard drive shot, It was working OK last March when I got a new receiver and deauthorized the 921.

call tech support and see what options you have to replace it. You should be able to pay $5.99 for DHPP and get it replaced.
