hang up calles from dish

Dish doesn't call me...of course we usually don't answer calls from unknown numbers so if the caller id doesn't say dishnetwork they are SOL anyway...

Probably an autodialer mis-estimating that there will be an agent available if you pick up the phone. Kinda like when an airline or hotel overbooks because they expect a certain percent of cancellations.
