H3 not seeing the EHD

I have a powered WD 2gb spinner plugged into usb2 port. H3 not seeing it, looks good on the computer. Any tips?

Step 1 - power cord reboot the Hopper.

I have had to reconnect a few HDs (mine are WD) several times to have it recognized before, especially after I switched from 722 to Hopper. There were a couple drives that would not be recognized and I may end up reformatting them to use them but most of the drives eventually were recognized.
