H3 crashing with multiview option

I'm using ch3 modulator from H3 to splitter feeding several tv's. More often than not when turning on a back fed tv, I'm only getting quarter view of screen with video. When I select multiview from options, and try to open the remaining windows, H3 crashes. After 2 attempts it goes into repair mode, comes back on with full screen. This is repeated every morning on all back fed tv's. When I try watching my 4K tv on the H3 HDMI output, all 4 windows appear as normal until I select a different window in multiview then H3 crashes again. Do I need to replace Hopper3?

Make sure the channels you are tuning to are HD channels.

You will find a mix of HD and SD channels in Multiview will crash it.

Well I gave up my best shot and still constantly shutting down Hopper Regardless of all channels being in HD

Yep... same issue here. It really sucked during ncaa and nfl when I used it more and it kept crashing.
