I think this is where I'd want to post my issue with the CE.

I don't have a report number because of my issue. On the two H24 that I do CE updates on, when I download the new update it kills the internet and I can't access my DVR. As soon as I go back to NR it works fine.

I have a h24 700 when I download the ce I lose the internet connection.

My HR24 usually never has an issue. This issue is only in my H24 receivers.
