Just had the H20 installed in my bedroom and I am loving the HD. However, I am having a problem with the remote issued by Directv. My installer set up the remote to my Westinghouse tv and the volume works and the tv shuts off when the remote is in the tv mode. However, the Directv and tv off button will not shut off the tv. This frustrates me and the wife. Could it be a wrong code? Bu that makes no sense since it does shut it off in tv mode. Help and thanks in advance.

It could be, yes. I noticed similar issues with buttons on my remote that would work, but not perfectly, with my Samsung. I changed the code and now it's perfect. If you have more than one code available, try them and see what happens...
There probably isn't, its probably using the sony tv code, so there are working commands on the TV ON & OFF keys, they just don't work on westinghouse but do work on sonys.
You can search for a command on the tv ON key, with tv off, program a code that doesn't control the westinghouse, like code 10250. The search like so:
1. tv
2. press and hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
3. enter 9 9 1, wait two blinks
4. enter 1
5. press TV ON key
6. keep pressing and releasing CH UP key, if and when the tv comes on
7. press SELECT to lock in code
