H20 receiver rebooting

I was watching tnt nascar yesterday and my h20 receiver rebooted 4-5 times in about 45 minute. My son tells me that has happened to him a few times as well recently watching other channels. Is this a known problem? Is there anything I can do about it?

Check to see which model it is. The H20-600 has been known to have overheating issues and reboots. See if its covered and in a hot area. If not, try downloading one of the CE releases when the become available. There were numerous fixes to the OS to address this. If not, call Directv up and get another box. You may have one of the faulty -600 units. Ask for a H20-100 replacement if they can.
