H20 / HR20 Software just keeps getting worse

Anyone else having closed captioning problems when they go to channel 355 (CNBCHD) on an H20 during the olympics? Every time I go to that channel I get the stupid interactive popup and the closed captioning turns on. I have to turn off closed captioning every time I go to that channel.

btw, who says it has anything to do with the H/HR software ?

My HR20's and H20 have worked flawlessly for several years now

Same here, I have 2 H20s and 1 HR20 and they've all 3 been basically trouble free. FWIW, I had an HR10-250 before the HR20 and it was good also.

Have you confirmed that you have disabled all Closed Captioning across the board? My closed captioning does not work for all channels, but then not all of the channels I watch offer closed captioning...at least not on live content.

PS - 2 HR20-700's here
