Ok we got our upgrade last week and the tech/installer did not activete the 99 satelite on the stb cause he said the satellite was to active yet. My question is if I manually do it in the setup will this cause any probluems?

How do you activate a satellite that the manufacturer hasn't even released to Directv?

again there is nothing there at 99 right now.

if you do search for it all you will get is an error message, leave it alone.
