Any way to take off adds for HBO,SHOWTIME, STARZ, AND CINIMAX, off your guide. And now there is SONY movie channel add.

Does the guide scroll any more? When I had 'D' before it did. Now it doesn't I was told the TV guide channel showed listings and scrolled but all it does is show repeats of has been programs?

D* guide scrolling, I don't remember that ever happening, I DO remember how the old Cable system I use to have would do that and you had to wait forever to get to the channel you wanted ... matter of fact the Cable company here STILL has the scrolling guide.

The Guide never scrolled. You are referring of the TV Guide channel, which is totally useless for me. I don't even have it in my favorites list.

There should be an option to turn those banners off, they're very annoying. I do have a Favorite list but they still show.

If the system was speedy I'd mind less. Unfortunately that isn't the case. I'm sure the ads don't help.

Yep, they will be!

I've always used a custom favorites list on all my DVR's.
This has nothing to do with the ads in the guides.

I just scroll right by them, don't even pay attention to them.
