Guide under HD

I'm not sure if this has ever been discussed before but it seems like it would be nice to have a guide optimized for HD displays. Basically, the same content is there now, just bigger.

It would be nice if smaller fonts and more data could be displayed on the screen to take advantage of the higher resolution.

I would really like to see a 3 hr guide option like Dish uses. They let you choose 1.5 hours or 3 hours, I miss that

Yes, that would be nice. I find myself feeling like I'm looking through a gigantic guide while only being able to look through a tiny window. On a 57" set at 1080i it's a bit like using a PC at 640x480 resolution. At HD res the guide could easily accomidate 2x-4x the info while maintaining a 10+ foot readability.

However, I can see this would probably be a bit of a development undertaking. Especially if you're setup has 480i/p compatibility turned on.

Try my 120" projected wall with that 1 1/2 hour guide...

I find myself using the mobile remote scheduler ALOT - it is very fast and you can use your keyboard
