Grouped shows on DVR

I tried searching the forum but didn't find anything without investing hours into reading each post. (My search skills may also be terrible)

I've had the Hopper with Sling attachment and a Joey for about eight months now. I had a new Joey installed a week or two ago and noticed that this Joey groups the shows on the DVR into one thumbnail. Is there a way to do this on the Hopper and Joey that I already have? I've Googled and even called Dish to find a solution and came up empty.

Any help would be much appreciated.

When on the DVR screen look at the colored buttons. I group my recordings by title sorted by DVR date. When a name group is selected I used the colored buttons to sort the episode list by episode number.
