Green Screen Freeze, what's it mean?

Today while I was fast forwarding through a recorded program on my 622, suddenly a green screen appeared accompanied by a low buzzing sound. The green screen was frozen on the screen. I did a hard reset and when the picture came back the remote buttons did not work and a minute later the picture froze again (no green screen) and reset automatically. After the picture came back on after that second reset I have not had any other problems.

I've never seen a freeze that has an all green screen. What does this mean? Is my receiver dying? Or is this part of one of the new firmware updates? Has anyone gotten it before?

Probably dying... I just had a 622 go out. It took two refurbished replacements before I got one to work. First one replaced started the constant reboot problem, second one would not remember the remote addresses, third one had signal drop problems. Lets hope the one I received today lasts...

Both times I tried to get them to send a 722K replacement... No go.
