I have been on average calling dish daily about something for the last month.
Finally I got a call from a dish tech and he asked me if i had seen an improvement in the voom channels in the last few days, and I answered yes.
To make a long story short he called the uplink center and asked them to check the voice sync on minneapolis channel 9 FOX and they acknowledged a problem and would get on it. By the time I got back to the tv, it was already fixed.
I got his personal email address at echostar to let him know anytime something was not right with the pq or anything else.
You see it does pay to call and bitch on a regular basis.
The main reason I got this call is I finally got a csr who had worked for dish for 7 years and knew what I was talking about with hd lite and poor pq on the voom channels and was busy typing what I was telling her and sent it direct to engereering, and the call came. Hows that for a compound sentance?
