Been a customer for about 2 weeks, and this has happened twice in the last 3 or 4 days .. I have 2-hr24's and it has happened on both .. Are these receivers that buggy or is there a problem on my end.. Did red button reset and everything came back but it's getting a little annoying ..

REd reset. When screen says "hello" push 0 2 4 6 8 on remote.
