Sorry for being a non-educated enthusiast. 
I do understand most programming will NOT be HD unless the original is HD. Am I missing something here?
With E* or D* "HD" locals, I would expect at least an HD-Lite broadcast of a network program that is originally HD (say CSI on CBS.) Correct?
