Got my kit, now what?

As far as assembly, not a problem. Is there a FAQ on aligning a dish along with what is needed to get the proper bearing? Also is sealing the connections from the LNB to the motor and to the house recommended and what to use? I purchased 100' of Quad RG6 and waterproof connectors for this as well as 10Gauge copper wire for the ground. I see a point on the motor for attaching the ground screw, will this one point suffice for the entire dish? I think once I get a lock on the first sat, I should be able to figure the rest out.
