Hope not, but that's just me...personally, I think that Dish carries enough "religious" channels as it is IMO.
It is not a religious channel per say, or in a way you may think.
It mainly shows old 90's and 80's sitcoms and TV drama shows, such as Cosby, Dr. Quin, Early Edition, sister sister, ex.

It is actually one "religious" channel that I would not mind having (as long as it keeps going the way it is now). It also airs movies; I saw Pay It Forward was on recently.

By the name alone, I would never have even bothered to look at this channel. But from what people have said, it seems like a nice channel. Sort of like the PAX network of a few years ago.

Didn't ask if you like the channel, wanted to know if Dish was going to add it ant time soon.
when i had comcast i actually watched this channel and i must say that they have a lot of good programming on there. it would be nice to see dish add this channel and tvone but hey that is just my opinion. i am just a paying subscriber who bases his decisions, on the value and quality of content that a provider has.
I like TV One because it shows older shows in their entirety. They've got Sanford and Son and show the episode as is...not blending one show into another like TVLand does
When i had D* I never watched TV One.I just noticed the other day Dish added the Church Channel.

At this time, it is unknown to anyone here on this board on whether Dish will be picking up this channelsoon or ever...better?

but they also have started calling themselves GMC to de-emphasize the gospel part
