Google Books joins the Android Market

Google Books, which is setup as an alternative to both the ibooks, Amazon kindle, and Nook for e-books is now a part of the Android Market - available on the web.

I downloaded a few book samples to my galaxy tab google books app a while back, and the reader is pretty similar to the Kindle's Android app.

For those who are not fans of Amazon, this could be a good alternative for e-books.

i use aldiko, you can import books, and dont have to tie it to any account anyplace
add calibre on your pc and your all set to change formats and manage away
