2lbs of ground turkey
1 egg
half cup of dried cranberries loosely chopped in food processer
3/4 - 1 cup of raw oatmeal prefferably quaker oats
Brake the egg and mix into the the ground turkey then follow with the chopped cranberries, now start adding the oatmeal to the mix by quarter cups judging by feel how much is enough for your tastes. Spices are up to your taste but a bit of sage works well or a couple shots of your favorite sauce such as worstershire wont hurt. The cranberries will add a nice taste to the meat and the oats will give the patties a mouth watering moistness and will also provide a benefitial bulk. Oatmeal also works as a healthy alternative to bread crumbs or corn flakes in meatloaf.
