Good quaility and signal no channel

I purchased Captive Works 600 Premium 4 months ago and am just getting around to setting it up. I have good quaility and signal on different satelites but I when I do any kind of scan auto transponder manual or other I do not get aany channels to come up not even TV channels and I have the yagi pointed in the right direction because my other TV s hooked up to it work fine. I have checked my wires and it seems everything is hooked up correctly so I can't figure out why I cant't even get regular TV or satilite.. The manual that came with it is vague even on the regualar tv srtting can anyone help it will be appreciated. I am beginning to wonder if the unit even works but the menu does go through to the tv just call me confused at the moment WOODCRAFTER0392

the box wont get OTA channels...thats just a pass through

what other equipment is with it?

Dish size?
LNB type?
motor involved?
what satellite were you aimed at?

Hook the cable to the box tv in and cable from tv out to your tv, now you get local tv channels.
