They upload the same as any other custom avatar. I just switched to the mancat for a few minutes and then back to my avatar. It worked fine. There is a note in the control panel that seems to say only pub members can have animated avatars, maybe that's it.

That must be it!

Mr. Defergie....I dropped 30 lbs by dumping the beer and all the snacks...Lived on chicken and fish for a few weeks (still clucking too)...STILL THE POSITION IS THE SAME AS MANCAT...Just a glass of vino instead! HD 4DTV and upcoinverted DVD's are great...Life is good! (am still fence sitting on the HD DVD/Blue ray issue)
