Glitches on a few channels

I'm living near San Jose, CA and have been using my *C system with success for 2 years. Recently, I could observe than a few channels would glitch, i.e. seems to lose signal and then get it again. When I check the signal strength, it can skip between 40-45 and 15-19, sometimes even 0. The channels on which I could observe this are:
300 (CBC Halifax), 770 (VRAK TV), 771 (TOONF).

Is it because I'm not aligned correctly? Or is there some internal settings that needs to be updated?

If you have 15-19 or 0 your dish needs alignmnet.

In the US south I have the following signal on these channels with light rain.

300 - 55
770 - 77
771 - 57
