Gizmodo SUCKS Now

Faster then Jason Chen killed his relationship with Apple, Gizmodo has killed their site with a huge upgrade this morning.

My first visit to the site and it took 3 minutes for the new page to load.

There is only one article on the page now and hard to find other items of interest.

I want the old Gizmodo back!

But at least they were still invited to Apple events after that. It was the iPhone 4 thing that got them booted from Apple all together.

I believe the iPhone 4 thing happened because they already had nothing to lose...

They were contacted after a bunch of other sites refused, admittedly not to anger Apple.

But up until then Jason was at every Apple event. Now hes no longer invited or allowed to any Apple event.

Man I am TRYING to us this new Gizmodo and just clicked on the App of the day... 3 minutes later its still not fully loaded.

I thought something was wrong after it just sat for 30 seconds so I killed the window. Might to let it sit and load.

The page loaded after 14 minutes of waiting for the white spinning thing to load everything.

I HATE IT.

Y'all are crazy as hell. It loaded fine for me. Kinda weird layout, but I didn't have trouble navigating.... <shrug>

I just tried it in IE and it loaded up in a second. Must be something with Firefox.

It does suck really bad, but you can SORTA get the old style back by adding this at the end of the address: com/#!classic

Just reset all of my bookmarks for Giz, io9 & Lifehacker.

Firefox = locks up or just plain takes forever
IE8 = works fine

I been using firefox and it works fine for me. Just loaded it again and it works fine. <shrug>
