The G3c (95') and IA5 (97') are only two degrees apart. It is difficult to use two LNBs on one dish because they are too close. Someone mentioned you get both Sats with a 0.3 Invacom LNB. You just point the dish to middle of the two sat (that is 96').
I tried it with my 0.6 LNBF. I just pointed my dish to IA5 first, then gradually move to the left until I was able to see CCTV on G3c. At this point, the only TP I could see on IA5 was Russia Today. CCTV quality is 50%, and Russia Today is close to 100%.
Has anyone tried using an Invacom LNB to get the two satellites. If you did, could you get the weak TPs like 11836 V on IA5?
Also has anyone tried it with Extreme II LNB? If it works, I'd really like to get an Extreme II lnb because it is light.
thanks
