GeoSatPro GSL1C/Ku LNBF Pro Help

I just got the GeoSatPro GSL1C/Ku LNBF Pro from satelliteav.It did not have any instructions on how to use the lnb.It has two coaxial inputs on the lnb.I guess one is Ku and the other one i C-band.Do you have to use a diseque switch with this lnb.Does anyone have this lnb if so how do you set it up?My setup

Please see attached photo for connections and LNBF orientation. (Please note that the GEOSATpro C/KU LNBF features the KU Standard LNB LO freq. 10750.) Often analog C-Band receivers cannot use the Universal type (9750/10600).

You can use any type of switch that you wish: DiSEqC, 22K, 0/12V.
