Season premiere tonight. I liked the storyline.

Overall I liked it. Great cast. What I didn’t like was turning it into a cookie cutter sitcom with a laugh track. I don’t like being told when to laugh. You’ll understand.

Or Georgie driving his little sister to visit Dad, and talking to him in the same manner.
(You'll have to watch the episode to understand, but it is funny in its own unusual way)

I don't see where they can go with this show. It just feels like Young Sheldon from a different perspective. Still set back in the 90s past and you know the marriage doesn't work out, since he is divorced in the future. I just don't see where they can go with this show. This is definitely not the Big Bang Theory quality of humor, so the laugh track isn't needed.

The only place they can really go is how he became Dr. Tire. They need to get rid of the laugh track, dump the brother, and dump that intro.
