I suspect that someone at your Costco screwed up with the $4.499 pricing and it has taken them a while to snake their way back. In the same time period, my Costco's price has come down from $3.799 to $3.759.

I don’t think so. Price has been jumping like this for several months. Jumps 30 cents then takes 2 weeks to trickle back down before jumping again
