A couple of the oft used and lame excuses, russia russia russia, and transportation. Then there's onerous regulation and the progressive utopians led by dear leader Hokum.Gonna stop now, blood pressure needs a rest.I still can't get my head around the premium that New York seems to be charging for diesel. Their per-gallon taxes are two cents lower on diesel than on gas.
This all seems rather contrived.
Well, I don't know how this is possible given the relatively high taxes in MD. But a couple of stations here in Silver Spring are charging $3.07 today.$3.13 this morning in northern VA.
All but an Exxon that is always a few days behind rise & fall... WM+ wouldn't work at the pump I was at there, had to pay the $3.19 at Allsups. (not going to Murphy's on a Friday afternoon due to the traffic)25 cent jump from $2.94 to $3.19 at some...
and as I went to Costco this AM for gas, after my last post, it now up to $4.69...Mine popped up ten cents to $3.499.
Back up to the $1.20 differential. Something isn't right.and as I went to Costco this AM for gas, after my last post, it now up to $4.69...
