Finally we have some movement around here. My favorite gas independent station in Fairfax wants $4.16 (down from $4.27 where it has been for a month or two). But this morning I gassed up in MD which eliminated its gas tax for 30 days. $3.85 at a not-particularly-cheap gas station in Silver Spring.
