You're much closer to any refineries than I but I'm paying $2.759 at my local Costco. I get to pump my own gas because I'm on two wheels.
My sister in San Mateo has to run down to the Redwood City Costco to get the same price you pay.
My daughter in Corvallis has to go up to the Albany Costco to get the same price you pay!

Foster City is handy but they don't sell gasoline (probably a good thing given the proximity to the Bay).
Jumped from $2.35 to $2.67 at Murphy's and Walmart over the weekend, down to $2.57 there, $2.59 at gougers, $2.45 - $2.47 on North end of town in spots...
