I can not find BYU channel on Galaxy 28/Ku. The transponder also does not scan in. I have 36" dish pointed at SES1 101w with second lnb clamped to it for 97w. I used magic bracket for 89w on the same dish. ABC News Now was coming in fine but no BYU transponder. I setup a second smaller dish dedicated to Galaxy 28/Ku, an old StarChoice dish 24"x26". Now I get ABC, Channel 10 Test, and feeds but no BYU or its transponder. Both verticals and horizontals are scanning in, but no BYU transponder which is listed as strong. What could be wrong?

I am seeing the transponder and the color bars for the Keystone transponder but it does look like that a few of those channels are scrambled. Here in southwest Ohio on a 76 cm dish I am getting 93% signal level and 67 % signal quality. I have seen the quality higher than this though.

BYU TV is coming in fine. It looks like the pid changed from what is shown in THE LIST.
Here is what the BYU TV website shows:
