Hi,

I have been trying to pick up RTP on Galaxy 19 with no luck. It picked it up in the spring but since my parents came back I have not been able to pick it up. I am using a Viewsat ultra. It can pick up some channels on Galaxy 19 but when I go to the Channel Scan it shows no quality for Frequency 12060, only the lower frequencies seem to be getting any quality.

I tried manually entering the channel but it shows a 0 quality.

Is this due to my dish being nudged slightly off? I thought all channels would be lost not some. The dish seems pretty secure and tight.

Antenna Setup
Galaky 19
Universal
LNB High / Low 10600 / 9750
TP Freq 11874 (seems to be the highest one with quality)

RTP
Freq 12060
SR 22000
H
3/4
2001/3001/4001

Thanks for any thoughts or ideas you might have

Go into the receiver's Sat Setup Menu, and change the LNB Freq to match your LNB - something like Standard and 10700
Look carefully on the LNB, make sure you are reading the L.O. correctly, "normally" for FTA it's 10.750

Thanks guys, that gave me some quality on that frequency. I guess I have to nudge the dish to get it over 50% since RTP still isn't coming in.

Best guess this will not work. . . . .
