From what I read on Intelsat's site, they may be able to re-start the on-board goodies, and possibly return it to service one day.

They plan to move it to 93° West for testing and if all goes well, they will move it back to 129° West or 133° West.

Ya move it back to 133 then watch it zonk out again next year and repeat the wild ride . I wouldn't trust it far as I can spit.
