Galaxy 10R - No lock or guide

Hi guys, having issue with Galaxy 10R lately...when in Satellite Setup, I cannot lock on as I have in the past. It always shows AMC 6. I can get the proper lock only when in Blind Scan, it scans and saves all channels, but when viewing (good reception), there is no lock (empty space where sat. name usually appears) and there is no guide.
AMC 6 is turned off, and all other sats are normal. I have tried to tune in AMC 6 in the past with no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?

There is no guide for G10, nor most of the fta channels. May want to recheck
your dish alignment/signal strength/lnb settings. I have an ultra and haven't had any trouble with G10ku. What firmware version are you using?
