Is a more likely reason for the low signal quality on TP12177 on G19 relative to what it was on G25
- Something at the satellite end?
- Something at the uplink end (like G19 being ever so slightly shifted from the old G25 position that uplinkers have to re-tweak the aiming on the uplink dish, etc.)?
Are the satellite transponders truly transponders (use only the energy of the incoming signal to generate the outgoing signal) or can the transmitting power be "boosted" from an onboard satellite power source?
