Maybe it's just me, but the signal quality is about half of the usual, only getting about 35-40, stable though. All the other sats are normal readings tonite. It's like my big dish does when a big long anole crawls up in front of the feedhorn, haha. But they know better than to do that at night.

It can't be Anole since he's at the North Pole ;)

I checked the transponders with my temporary setup

(36" dish on a motor, my motor on my 1.2 Meter dish died the day after my FTA receiver came home from the hospital :()

and the signal quality varies between 80% to 90% on my Pansat 3500, which is very good.

Well, how bout that. WHen my primestar is on G10 here, its pointed nearly straight level, maybe a big deer is standing in front of it lol.
I'll check it tomorrow..
thanks

I'll go out and figure out what is ailing it tomorrow then, thanks. It's 43, so it cant be ice or snow.

I was going to do a scan looking for a possible college hockey game feed from Alaska about 10 minutes before 11pm and had heavy pixelating on the Coolsat @ 62-64%. So, I stepped outside and took a look, but couldn't see anything wrong? Went back inside and had a solid 69%, don't have a clue why? Didn't pick up anything new from the scan, so I'm watching Denver Pioneers @ Alaska Seawolves on C-Band with the Pansat.
Looking at the time you posted makes me think there may have been something going on? Somewhere?

Al

It looks like there is/was bad weather at the uplink center which could have caused some problems.

I briefly thought of weather but didn't think Arkansas had any. My levels are back up now and I' m back on amc7 cband also (couldnt miss perry mason at 11)

Yesterday afternoon I think their C Band stuff on G3 was down also. I tried to pull in the Marquette FOX station to see what NFL game was on and couldn't get any kind of signal. It was the same for the other Equity stations in that mux. This morning they were all fine.
